Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Appointments may be cancelled and rescheduled at no extra charge. There is no reimbursement for cancelled appointments that are not rescheduled. Missed appointments can be rescheduled directly with Karen, but will be rescheduled as a 30-minute appointment instead of 60 minutes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead will be treated as a missed appointment.
