Participants had statistically significant improvements in many areas: not only did pain levels decrease, but thigh circumference also decreased, even with women who had previous liposuction. Additionally, ultrasound readings of the treated areas showed changes in the quality of the subcutaneous adipose tissues after treatment.
Read MoreConnective tissue disorders and autonomic nervous system dysfunction can significantly impact swelling and pain management. For patients with lymphedema or lipedema, underlying syndromes may create hidden barriers to healing. This webinar explores three key syndromes that can complicate treatment outcomes, how to recognize their signs, and their connection to chronic swelling conditions—including lipedema, Dercum’s disease, and post-chemotherapy complications.
